Our Brighton classes for children and adults support self-development and help people develop fitness, flexibility, strength, calmness, confidence, and resilience.

We offer accessible, affordable group classes because we believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to experiencing the benefits of what we practice.

Additionally, dedicated one-to-one and group sessions are now being offered independently by our Chief Instructor to support a broader outreach and professional development. These include Corporate & Group Workshops for team building and team development.
